1. Returns Eligibility:
Returns are only accepted for the following reasons:
a. Damaged upon Arrival: If your plant arrives with visible damage, we're here to help. Please contact us within 2 days of delivery and provide clear pictures of the damaged plant, including its packaging.
b. Signs of Pest or Infection: Should your plant show signs of pests or infection upon arrival, reach out to us within 2 days of delivery. To assist us in assessing the situation, provide detailed images of the affected plant.
2. Timeframe for Returns:
To process a return, please notify us within 2 days of the delivery date. Beyond this timeframe, unfortunately, we won't be able to accommodate return requests, except for pick-up orders.
3. Refund Process:
Once we receive your return request and validate the provided images, we'll initiate the refund process. You will have the option to receive a refund to your original payment method or store credit for future purchases. Refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
4. Return Shipping:
In cases of eligible returns, we will provide you with detailed instructions on the return shipping process. We may arrange a return label for you or request that you use a reliable shipping service to return the plant safely.
5. Condition of the Returned Plant:
Please ensure that the returned plant is in the same condition as when it was delivered. Use the original packaging or an equally secure packing method to safeguard the plant during its return journey.
6. Non-Returnable Items:
As living organisms, some items cannot be returned due to their sensitive nature. Non-returnable items include seeds, live cuttings, and propagated plants.
7. Pick-Up Orders:
For orders picked up in person from our nursery, returns will only be accepted within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time. After this period, pick-up orders are not eligible for returns.
8. Customer Satisfaction:
